Please provide your 2D or 3D files, required quantity, material, surface finish, tolerance requirements and expected application. Commonly used file formats include STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT, PDF and DWG. Providing complete information helps us calculate machining costs and lead times more accurately.
Material options depend on the selected manufacturing process. Common project materials include aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics. There is no single minimum quantity for every project. CNC machining and 3D printing are suitable for one-off prototypes and small batches, while molding, casting and extrusion usually become more economical at higher quantities. After final approval, finished parts are cleaned, protected and packed according to their material and surface requirements. International delivery can be arranged by express, air or sea.
